   This listing is a hardcover souvenir book that you could purchase for only 1 year at the Disneyland Park, as it changes slightly each year and is republished with the new year on the cover. It was only sold in the Disneyland Park and not in any stores. Disneyland has been producing a hardcover book every year for some time, and most years there are only slight changes made from the previous years. But when a big Anniversary date comes, they change the title and cover to reflect the special occassion for that years edition. New attractions and attractions that are under construction are usually shoe-horned into the last few pages each year. There are some brief articles scattered through the book, as well as picture captions. The book is made up of full page and half page color photos of attractions, buildings, and people having fun in the Park. The older ones are getting harder to find. The problem with the listing on this page, which was created by a third party seller, is it does not tell you which year is being offered. Look closely at which year it is on the “used” page or communicate with the seller before buying to make sure it is what you want. There are seperate listings here at Amazon.com for the 25th anniversary, and the 30th Anniversary books if you are looking for specific years. In the last two decades the books usually sell for $25 new in the Park.

   These books have the best quality pictures, binding, and page paper available. On another note you will note it lists Marty Sklar as the author. He is currently the Vice-President of “Imagineering” for the Disney Company, but he wrote the articles and helped oversee the creation of the earliest versions of this book back when he was a junior employee.
